Request Mass Intentions

Fr. John Collins SSC celebrating Mass

Making a Mass Request

Our supporters and benefactors are welcome to request a Mass for a special intention.

All requests are added to our Mass Request Book and shared among Columban priests in the UK and around the world.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee that Masses will be said on a specific day, such as for an anniversary.  We often respond to requests by sending a Mass card and we can also send a Mass card to a relative or friend on request.

It is customary to include an offering with your Mass request, which is given as a stipend to support the priest who will be saying the Mass.  This is a voluntary contribution and is eligible for Gift Aid.

You can request a Mass in any of the following ways.

  • Write to the ‘Columban Fathers’ enclosing a cheque or postal order and send it to: Mass Request, St. Columban’s, Widney Manor Road, Knowle, Solihull, B93 9AB
  • Telephone your request by calling 01564 772096 and make your offering by credit or debit card
  • Donate online through our secure donation page hosted by Charity Choice and provide details of your request in the message box when making payment
  • Complete the form below and make your offering in any of the ways listed above (please indicate how the offering will be made)

If you would like to talk to a member of our Mission Office team about making a Mass request please call us on 01564 772 096.
