Mission in Britain
In Britain we are a group of Columban Priests and Columban Lay Missionaries. We are called to be a missionary presence here.
To get a description of our various missions in Britain we refer you to our Mission Statement. Columban Missionaries with cross-cultural experience overseas are in a position to keep the global dimension of local challenges in view, to raise awareness of issues elsewhere, and to facilitate the exchange of personnel and resources between the Church in Britain and other local Churches. Britain has been very generous to the Columbans by providing spiritual and financial support for our work in Britain and our worldwide missions and for that we are very grateful.
